Saradhi Rajan is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Cybele Capital Partners. He is a highly experienced mining financier, principal investor, fund manager and investment banker.

Since 2014, Saradhi has acted as CEO of Legacy Hill Resources, a privately held mining sector investment company he co-founded. Previously, as head of M&A at Vedanta Resources, Saradhi led more than $20bn of M&A, acquisition financing and post-merger integration activities. Saradhi spent five years as principal at RP Capital, a $1.6bn hedge fund focused on self-originated illiquid structured investments in selected emerging markets. He has held various investment banking roles at Merrill Lynch, DLJ and Lazard.

Saradhi is a Chartered Accountant and was educated at Loyola College and The Doon School.

Harsh brings extensive global go-to-market strategy experience and a global partner network he has developed over the past decade. He has extensive experience dealing with various governments, working across multiple sectors ranging from financial, engineering, and real estate to technology. In addition to his role at CSR, Harsh is the CEO of Cyberange, where he has been instrumental in creating a global Strategy & partner network for the Managed Security service (MSS) business, Defence Business & the Artificial Intelligence division.

Greg Paholski is the Head of Value Creation at Cybele Capital Partners. A mining professional with over 38 years of experience in operations management, project development and business transformation.

Greg joined Cybele in 2021, having worked with the team at Legacy Hill Resources over the past 5 years. Commencing his career with CRA (Rio Tinto's subsidiary) in Broken Hill, Greg moved into operational roles across a broad suite of commodities, eventually fulfilling various mine manager positions throughout Australia. Greg progressed into study and mine development whilst developing his skills and a passion for commencing and optimizing mining operations globally for major mining companies such as BHP, Vale, Newcrest, Rio, Ausenco, Sedgman and AMEC.

Greg holds engineering, commerce and law qualifications. He has also authored NI 43-101 reports as well as held a prior role as implementation team member with CRC ORE in Australia.
